Pastoral Care 101: Pastoral Conversations
In a world where pastoral needs are becoming increasing complex it is important to have pastoral carers who are trained. This course will equip your pastoral carers with the skills to navigate complex issues safely and effectively. They will learn what their lane is and how to keep to it for everyone’s wellbeing.
This comprehensive training will enhance their understanding, safety, and effectiveness in pastoral work. Based on content from the Pastoral Transformation Course, it offers an expanded version of the “Pastoral Care 101” in-person workshop.

We have never heard this stuff before. You’re distinction between identity, calling and role is life-giving and freeing.

The feedback was amazing. Thanks for helping us to look like we know what we’re doing. We are always truly grateful for the gift you have of communicating difficult things in such a simple way and hence helping us all to become free and experience more freedom.
