Leading a church is not easy and it is harder when, as the pastor, you often have to be a jack-of-all-trades. It is usually here where you discover several gaps in your training – all the things you wish you had been trained in. There is always too much to do to even take time out to reflect on what you are doing and if there are better ways. The Flourishing Churches Collective is a specially designed programme to provide pastors of congregations under 200 with support, training, guidance, and encouragement to not only lead well but see your church flourish.

Through the Collective, you will be guided through ten essential areas of leading a church to thrive. You will gain clarity to lead your church in the direction God is calling, identify Kingdom Outcomes, build and lead effective teams, and create structures that strengthen health and growth. Alongside this, you will journey with peers who share the challenges of leading smaller congregations, offering encouragement, insight, and support as you move forward together.

What Senior Pastors Receive

Ten monthly live training – 2-hour Zoom sessions with your cohort of fellow pastors, providing essential training on specific topics to equip you and help your church thrive, as well as peer support and encouragement. Join with fellow pastors, receive essential training, ask your questions and share your journey, and receive encouragement and support.
Private online group – A space exclusively for cohort members to share, encourage, and discuss church and leadership.
Direct connection with Richard – Ability to message Richard directly when needed.
