Pastoral Leadership Support

Ongoing support for the realities of pastoral leadership

You spend your time supporting others. Who is support you?

Pastoral leadership carries unique pressure

The weight of people, decisions, expectations, and complexity does not go away.

With regular pastoral leadership support sessions, you have someone in your corner supporting you. Gain clarity, uncover blind spots, build resilience, and grow as a leader.

Without support, you are more likely to become worn down, make unwise decisions, or get stuck.

What is Pastoral Leadership Support?

Pastoral Leadership Support gives you a confidential space to:

It is a focused, structured, and confidential space to help you: think clearly, identify and overcome challenges, lead well, and sustain yourself in ministry.
This is essential support for anyone in church leadership.

Integrating Supervision and Leadership Coaching

Pastoral Leadership Support integrates two complementary dimensions of growth.

Pastoral Supervision

Supervision creates a safe, structured environment to reflect on ministry practice and leadership challenges.

It helps pastors:

Supervision protects both the pastor and the people they serve.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching focuses forward, helping pastors lead with greater effectiveness and intentionality.

Together, supervision and coaching provide ongoing strengthening rather than crisis management.
